Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email, and billing address.

Delivery Policy (for Downloadable Digital Goods)

After your purchase, you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. In case you are unable to download the item(s) you had purchase or you did not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, please contact us within 30 days from the date of your order.

Refund And Return policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one concern. However, due to the nature of digital downloads, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you have found any issues with a product get in touch within 7 days and let us know. By completing a purchase you agree that the issue of a refund will be made at the sole discretion of the THP team and that all decisions made by The Highest Producers are final.

We are happy to issue a refund or store credit if your product is proven to be defective or not as described.

Files Protection

To protect against loss of products purchased from THP, we suggest that all customers back up their orders on an alternate / separate hard drive. If you do, for some reason lose a product that you have purchased, simply send us an email with your original order number and we can sort the issue out from there.
