All THP products are royalty-free. You can use our sounds in commercial music, edit them freely, and release your tracks on all major platforms.
What You Can Do
- Use our loops, samples, MIDI, one-shots, and sounds in personal or commercial music projects
- Create beats, songs, EPs, albums, placements, client work, and sync-ready productions
- Edit, chop, pitch, stretch, layer, resample, and transform the files however you want
- Release your finished music on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, BeatStars, TikTok, and similar platforms
- Monetize your tracks as long as the THP sounds are used as part of a full composition
What You Cannot Do
- Resell, share, upload, or redistribute our files as standalone sounds
- Repackage any THP content into another sample pack, drum kit, loop kit, preset bank, or sound library
- Upload raw sounds to marketplaces, sample databases, or public download platforms
- Use the files in a way that directly competes with the original THP product
- Claim the original source files as your exclusive property
Content ID, Copyright Claims & Platform Restrictions
THP products are licensed on a non-exclusive basis. That means other producers may legally use the same source material.
Because of that, you may not register, fingerprint, claim, or enroll any THP loop, melody, sample, or source file in YouTube Content ID, Meta Rights Manager, Identifyy, AdRev, or similar copyright management systems when the sound remains recognizable as-is or only minimally modified.
Registering shared sounds in Content ID can create false copyright claims and block other producers from distributing music they are legally allowed to release. For that reason, this is strictly prohibited.
If you use THP sounds in your music, they must be part of a larger original composition and not presented as isolated source files.
Best Practice
We recommend adding your own creative work before release: drums, vocals, arrangement, FX, chops, layering, harmonies, or extra sound design.
This makes your track more unique and helps reduce the risk of automated platform conflicts.
AI & Ethical Use
Some THP sounds may involve AI-assisted tools at certain stages of the creative process. However, our loops and samples are processed, edited, curated, and creatively reworked by humans before release.
We believe in an ethical use of AI: as a creative tool that supports human artistry, not as a shortcut to publish raw, untouched outputs.
