All of our products are royalty-free, that means, that once you download them you own a license for using these sounds in your productions for any commercial or non-commercial purposes. You cannot, however, claim these sounds like your own only. You can use these sounds for any commercial or non-commercial purposes and you don't have to give us any credits. You can also monetize them and make money from your tracks.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
The majority of the products being virtual products, there are no delivery charges. Nevertheless, our merchandising products will be delivered at the unique price of $9.90.

How long will delivery take?
The sound packs and all our virtual products are instantly downloadable. For physical products, it takes 1 to 3 weeks for standard deliveries and 1 to 3 business days for fast delivery.

I can't use the sounds/presets that I just bought
Each product contains an explanatory note, please refer to it if you have any issues using sounds and presets. Regarding presets issues, the main reason is that you do not have the latest version of the VST, try to download it to resolve this issue. If you still encounter some problems using our song, please send an email to support [at] thehighestproducers.com
I don't like the pack, Can I get a Refund?
Yes, we have a 30 days money-back policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, please send us a mail to get a refund.
