All of our products are royalty-free, that means, that once you download them you own a license for using these sounds in your productions for any commercial or non-commercial purposes. You cannot, however, claim these sounds like your own only. You can use these sounds for any commercial or non-commercial purposes and you don't have to give us any credits. Each product contains an explanatory note, please refer to it if you have any issues using sounds and presets. Regarding presets issues, the main reason is that you do not have the latest version of the VST, try to download it to resolve this issue.
