How to buy products?

If you want to buy a product, just go the product page you want to get, click “Add to cart” and the product will be added to your basket! Then you can go to your “Shopping Cart” (Top right corner) and click “Checkout”. Then just follow the instructions. Even so, if you are still having trouble to buy one of our product, contact us at arthur[at]

How to apply discount code?

Select the “Use Coupon Code” section and put the discount code in there in the “Checkout” screen.

How to download the products?

Once your purchase has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with a download link. Alternatively,  you can go to the “Downloads” section under your account on boutique.

What is the meaning of royalty-free samples ?

All of our products are royalty-free, that means, that once you download them you own a license for using these sounds in your productions for any commercial or non-commercial purposes. You cannot, however, claim these sounds like your own only. You can use these sounds for any commercial or non-commercial purposes and you don’t have to give us any credits. You can also monetize them and make money from your tracks.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The majority of the products being virtual products, there are no delivery charges. Nevertheless, our merchandising products will be delivered at the unique price of $9.90.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept the following payment methods: Credit card Debit card Direct bank transfer services PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

The sound packs and all our virtual products are instantly downloadable. For physical products, it takes 1 to 3 weeks for standard deliveries and 1 to 3 business days for fast delivery.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

I can't use the sounds/presets that I just bought

Each product contains an explanatory note, please refer to it if you have any issues using sounds and presets. Regarding presets issues, the main reason is that you do not have the latest version of the VST, try to download it to resolve this issue. If you still encounter some problems using our song, please send an email to support [at]

I don't like the pack, Can I get a Refund?

Customer satisfaction is our number one concern. However, due to the nature of digital downloads, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you have found any issues with a product get in touch within 7 days and let us know. By completing a purchase you agree that the issue of a refund will be made at the sole discretion of the THP team and that all decisions made by The Highest Producers are final.
